Registration

    You can register for the tournament by paying the entry fee (in EUR) til 25th of April 2016 into the account-number 402 010 078 at the Volksbank Zuffenhause (BLZ 600 903 00); IBAN: DE92600903000402010078, BIC: GENODES1ZUF. The owner of this account is "SSV Zuffenhausen, chess division", please specify your name, first name, A-, B- or C-tournament, ELO-/DWZ rating and your chess club in the purpose.
    If it is possible, please bring along your transfer voucher to the tournament.

    In case of advance payment, new participants and those who have not participated since 2012 will receive a discount of 5 Euros.

    Alternatively you can register directly by paying the entry fee cash on the first day of the tournament, 05th of May 2016 til 9.15 am. In this case you have to pay a special fee of 5 Euros in addition to your entry fee.

    All participants, even those who preregisterd, must hand in their official entry form to the tournament management until 05th of May 2016, 9.15 am at the latest.

    The entry form can be downloaded and printed in advance as a PDF-File.

Miscellaneous

  • All prizes in EUROS!
  • TWZ: for players with DWZ (national rating) and ELO: the higher of both ratings
  • IMPORTANT! Starting January 1st all players who register to compete in any FIDE rated competition are required to provide their FIDE identification number. Players who played in a FIDE rated competition before should already have such an ID (please check ratings.fide.com if such a number is assigned to you). German players who do not have a FIDE ID are required to apply for an ID by contacting the German Chess Federation - FIDE Rating officer Christian Krause (Email: elo@schachbund.de ). Foreign players should contact their national chess federation. For German players it will be possible to apply for a FIDE ID when registering for the tournament (in exceptional cases only!). If you have any questions, please contact the organizerís team.
  • Participants without Rating must play in the A-tournament. Exceptions will be regulated by the tournament leader on application previously.
  • Ranking according to Buchholz. Lowest Buchholz valuation will be discarded.
  • No double prizes
  • Prizes for people who are not paying taxes in Germany will be treated according to the EStG (German tax law).
  • Delay time is 30 minutes after start of round!
  • Smoking is not permitted in the tournament hall!
